Natural remedies for treating acne and pimples

Acne, as we all know, is a skin disease that have infected millions of people around the world, both young and old. If you don’t treat it on time this disease may cause you a lot of problems. There are a lot of herb preparations and treatments that might help you in eliminating this disease. I’ll share with you couple of very easy and effective ways to help you remove acne.

For external use:
  1. Sea salt - Boil 2 deciliters of plain water for a short time and add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt. Dip in a cotton ball and clean your face several times a day. This will contribute to dry faster existing pimples and your skin will become less oily and therefore less susceptible to new pimples.
  2. Apple vinegar - This is a very old and verified natural remedy for acne and pimples. Boil 1/2 liter of water for a short time and when is completely cooled add 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar. Clean your face every evening with this solution (with the help of a cotton ball). Apple vinegar is very helpful due to its antiseptic properties that prevent bacterial growth.
  3. Propolis - This is very simple but effective natural remedy. Treat the affected area of the skin several times a day with propolis. A similar effect can be achieved by mixing honey and propolis.
  4. Honey and cinnamon - This combination is also recommended for treating acne. Treat the affected area with this mixture once a day before bedtime.
  5. Aloe Vera - This plant, so far, has shown its great impact in the treatment of many skin diseases and on that list there are acne and pimples. Several times a day, rub the acne with fresh juice obtained from the leaf of aloe or aloe vera gel.
  6. Cucumber - The mask of fresh cucumber cleans the face and calms inflammation of the skin and is also recommended to fight pimples and acne.
  7. Calendula - It is known that this plant has an antiseptic effect, that is a part of many pharmaceutical agents for the treatment and care of the skin. For the treatment of pimples it is recommended to wash your face with tea of calendula twice a day (morning and evening).
  8. Walnut leaves - This natural remedy might also help you to treat acne. Wash your face with tea made of walnut leaves.
  9. Oregano Oil - The most powerful herbal antiseptic will fasten acne treatment if you place a few drops of this oil in the Facial Cleanser.

For internal use:
  1. Nettle - Nettle tea is successfully purifying the body so that it can eliminate some internal reasons for the occurrence of acne. For this reason, the recommended dose that you can drink is about 1 liter of tea during the whole day.
  2. Green Tea - Green tea is a power antioxidant and is very helpful in suppressing acne and pimples. It will be enough to drink two cups of tea a day.
  3. Vitamin A - Prevents infection, feeds and nourishes the skin.
  4. Vitamin C - Regulates sebum secretion and this is one of the most important preconditions for the skin without acne and pimples.
  5. Water - Water provides skin moisture necessary for the general good health of the skin.
