Natural remedies for high blood pressure

Stabilizing or lowering high blood pressure can be a long process. Here are presented 5 ways that could help you solve this problem. Don't give up easily, be persistent and results will soon be achieved.

1. Add 10 grams of clove in the bowl and pour over 250 grams of water. Let it rest for 24 hours. Drink 2 tablespoons of this liquid, one hour before every meal. Every time you take liquid from the bowl, you should immediately pour the same proportion of pure water into standing cloves. So drink and refill until the cloves lose their intensity. If blood pressure does not improve, then you should repeat this procedure. 

2. Syrup of garlic helps in the fight against high blood pressure. Mix two spoons of minced garlic in a glass of water. Sweeten the water with 100 grams of sugar and drink two spoons a day. If necessary, the therapy should be repeated.

3. In a bowl add one coffee cup of corn flour and pour over two coffee cups of lukewarm water. Mix all this and let it stand for 24 hours. Before each meal take 2 tablespoons of this mixture of corn flour and water.

4. Make a tea of 30 gr of black currant and 30 gr of olive leaf. Pour over one liter of boiling water, and let it rest for 10 minutes. When cooled, drink three times a day as needed.

5. To stabilize the blood pressure prepare a tea from the following mixture:

2 tablespoons of calendula leaf
2 tablespoons of dandelion
2 tablespoons of walnut leaf
3 tablespoons of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of milfoil
3 tablespoons of mistletoe from pear
3 tablespoons of fruit of hawthorn
3 tablespoons of hawthorn leaf
2 spoons of chicory

In 1 liter of water put four spoons of this mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Let it rest for two hours. Three times a day drink half a deciliter of this mixture. Treatment lasts for 30 days. During this treatment do not drink alcohol and soda.
