Banana face mask

Great face mask that you can prepare in your home that will nourish your skin and alleviate redness. Banana will soften and hydrate the skin while the oats will soothe and alleviate redness. Mask with oatmeal and banana, will help your face get rid of redness and moisture the skin. 

Ingredients:
two tablespoons of oat flakes
half of banana
a few tablespoons of water
teaspoon of almond or coconut oil

In a bowl, mix oatmeal and a little bit of water to make a paste (do not put too much water, as the mixture will be too rare. Warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds. Mash banana with a fork and stir well into oatmeal. Finally add the almond oil (or coconut) until is well combined. Apply the mask evenly on clean and dry face, avoiding the eye area. Leave it to work for ten minutes and rinse it with lukewarm water. Complete care with a moisturizer appropriate for your skin.
