Get rid of dandruff naturally!

If you are one of those who have problems with dandruff and you have tried all of the shampoos on the market. Than maybe its time for you to try some natural solutions that wont harm your hair and wont cause you even more dandruff, like some shampoos, but may actually help. Spending lots of money on various shampoos want guarantee you the solution for this problem but may react totally opposite of what you expect.

Most common causes of dandruff is stress, lack of vitamin B and fungus that feeds on the skin oil. An effective solution in this fight, that sometimes seems impossible to win, may be somewhere in your house. Here I present to you three natural options which can help you and want harm your hair.

1. Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is known for its antibacterial properties, making it useful in fighting dandruff. You can make a hair rinse water, by mixing vinegar with water in the same proportion. Rinse your hair with this mixture and leave it overnight. Next day wash your hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo.
If you have sensitive skin, mix into a half-liter bottle one deciliter of apple cider vinegar and fill bottle with warm  water to the top. After you wash your hair, slowly pour the obtained mixture and gently massage your scalp, then rinse.

2. Coconut oil
Coconut oil is rich with essential proteins which are necessary for hair growth, and its regular use can strengthen the hair and reduce problems with dandruff. This oil is also known for its anti-stress effects that has on the scalp of the head.
To treat dandruff, massage the scalp of your head with two tablespoons of coconut oil half an hour before shampooing the hair. Practice this procedure at least three times a week.

3. Rosemary

The leaves of rosemary have been used for centuries as a traditional medicine, and studies have shown that it stimulates hair growth and it helps to renew the scalp in a way that improves circulation, eliminating fungus and removing grease from the hair.
Chop three or four springs of rosemary, pour over a liter of boiling water and let it stand for 24 hours. After that, strain the liquid and place it in a spray bottle. After every wash, spray your hair abundantly and don't rinse.
