Tea for Reducing Diabetes

Heat the water in a kettle and add 50 grams of minced bean pods to boil. After 15 minutes remove it from the heat and let it steep for 3 hours. Drink it 3 times a day, before a meal.

In severe cases you can boil 200 grams of minced bean pods in 1 liter of water for half an hour. Let it steep over a night and drink it the day after, one glass every half hour.

Note: You should use mature white bean pods without seeds. This is a well known folk medicine which is even medically proven that reduces the amount of sugar in the blood. Tea works diuretically too because it helps to release the excessive amount of water from the body and it is used to treat urinary tract infections.
