Miraculous health benefits of Cinnamon

Cinnamon is one of the oldest known spices, dating 2800 years BC in the Bible and writings in Sanskrit, and the first records of cinnamon comes from ancient China. The sweet spice of fine aroma is obtained from a small evergreen tree-like laurel. Spice is actually its bark, peeled from the thin branches. Outer bark is peeled off and thrown away, and the inner one curls into sticks in volume about 2.5 cm. On the market there is also cinnamon in powder form.

Blend one tablespoon of honey and one small teaspoon of cinnamon in hot olive oil. Rub the lukewarm mixture into hair roots and leave for 15 minutes. Then rinse your hair as usual. In a few days, your hair roots will strengthen and hair will stop falling.

It takes:
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- juice from half of orange
- a slice of pineapple (for decoration)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation:
Peel and chop bananas, wrap them in a plastic foil and place in freezer for several hours until frozen.
Take out the frozen bananas from the freezer, place them in the blender and mix.
Add chopped nuts, juice from half an orange and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, stir the mixture and decorate with a slice of pineapple.
